A simple guide to enhance the accuracy of your search result while you are using Advance Search Tool. You can use this tool to create a very specific search.
| Search Keywords | Enter Key Words, as applied to products / services. Example: Event Management Decoration Roselle Juice |
| Search Method | Use these options to look for an exact phrase or postings containing certain words. |
| An exact phrase match | This option will display only result as keyed in by the user in terms of text match and order of the text search i.e. keyword "event management"; only advertisement with the exact phrase of "event management" will be displayed in your search result. |
| Matches on all words (AND) | This option will display results not necessarily in exact order of the search text input by the user; however, will use all text in its search process. i.e. "roselle juice"; advertisements containing description such as "roselle juice" and "juice roselle" will be displayed in your search results page. |
| Matches on any words (OR) | This option will display search result containing either one keyword
input by the user. i.e. "roselle juice"; advertisement containing the
word "roselle" or "juice" will be displayed in your search results page.
Note : Results may not be relevant to product search in certain cases. |
| Search in | Specify which cluster that is related to your search: Sell Offers - product/services that is being advertise by members. Buy Offers - product/services postings that is being searched or wanted by members. Product Catalogue - Additional information about the product. Company Profile - Additional information about the company listed with us. |
| Category | Specify your identified products / services you want by category. This option will narrow down your product / services search according to type of product / services. |
| Posted After Posted Before | You can choose to limit your search results to certain date ranges by selecting the Posted After and Posted Before pull-down menus. i.e. The advertisement / product postings that you are looking for is supposed to be posted after April 1st 2009 but before April 8th 2009. |
| Country | Specify the origin of the product / services you are looking for. |
Click on "Search" when you've entered all search criteria. Your results will be displayed on a new page.
